Scarborough Centre offers a mix of established condo towers and more recent master-planned communities, generally with one- and two-bedroom apartments, suites with dens, and occasional larger plans. Metrogate by Tridel includes towers and townhomes; Selene and Avani illustrate newer phases, with marketed features such as shared recreation space and nearby green space. Verify the facilities belonging to the specific corporation and phase. TTC Line 3 closed in 2023; Scarborough Centre is now a bus hub, with connections to Line 2 via bus. Do not assume a subway stop at a building. Assess the actual bus route, parking arrangements, tower age, reserve fund, and walking conditions between home and transit.
