This website, irinasellscondos.ca, is operated by Irina Marchenkova, Real Estate Representative with RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage (“I”, “me”). I respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what information I collect through this site, how I use it, and your choices.
Information I collect
I only collect personal information that you choose to give me, for example when you fill out the contact form or email or call me. This may include:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- Anything you include in your message, such as the type of condo you are looking for, your budget, or a property you want to sell
Like most websites, the site’s hosting server also records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running properly.
How I use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the real estate services you ask for
- To send you information about properties, the market or my services that you have requested
- To meet my legal and regulatory obligations as a registered real estate professional in Ontario
I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who I share it with
Your information may be shared with:
- My brokerage, RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., as required to provide real estate services and meet regulatory requirements
- Other parties to a transaction, such as lawyers, lenders or other agents, only when needed to complete a transaction you are involved in, and with your knowledge
- Service providers that help run this website and my email, such as my web host and Google (which provides email delivery, the maps on this site, web fonts, and reCAPTCHA spam protection on the contact form)
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work. The embedded Google map, Google Fonts and Google reCAPTCHA may set their own cookies or collect technical information when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some features such as the map may not display.
How long I keep your information
I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as required by law and by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) record-keeping rules.
