Markham is a separate city north of Toronto. Downtown Markham’s master-planned district combines newer condo towers, retail, public art and green space. Remington’s Gallery Square, Gallery Towers and Nexus illustrate the mix; confirm which phases are complete before comparing individual units. Expect mainly apartment suites, with one- and two-bedroom plans and some larger units by phase. UnionCity is a separate developing community near Unionville GO, with planned hotel-style shared facilities; distinguish planned features from operating amenities. Unionville GO and YRT Viva provide regional connections, with exact first- and last-mile travel dependent on the address. Check construction staging, parking, occupancy status, corporation documents and whether a building is freehold, condominium or still preconstruction.
