Get to know the area
The Northtown community, just south of Finch between Yonge and Beecroft, was built by Tridel from the mid-1990s to the early 2000s: townhome-style Casitas, then the Triomphe towers with their large shared amenity centre. Yonge Street’s Koreatown North restaurants and Finch station, the northern end of Line 1, are a short walk away.
Bayview Village developed around Bayview Village Shopping Centre and the Sheppard subway, which opened in 2002. Daniels built the Kenaston Gardens and New York–inspired Rockefeller and Chrysler buildings in the 2000s, and newer mid-rise buildings such as Lotus and Vida followed in 2019.

Earl Haig Secondary School and Claude Watson School for the Arts are nearby on Yonge Street.
York University and Seneca Polytechnic’s Newnham campus are reachable by transit.
