Get to know the area
Mississauga’s downtown has grown from a shopping-mall district into a dense high-rise neighbourhood. Square One, Celebration Square, the Central Library, the Art Gallery of Mississauga and the Living Arts Centre are all within a few blocks, and Sheridan College’s Hazel McCallion Campus sits on the south side of the core.
The condo stock ranges from Fernbrook’s Absolute City Centre towers, including the award-winning “Marilyn Monroe” Absolute World towers, to Amacon’s Parkside Village community and the Rogers/Urban Capital M City towers, where the 81-storey M3 is now Mississauga’s tallest building.
